I’ve updated the way the site is generated.

It still uses source material written in XML and a bunch of XSLT scripts to do the generation of the final HTML.

The change is to render the navigation bars on the sides of the window using lists and list elements instead of an embedded table. More in line with contemporary use of CSS, looks better, and lighter on the downloads as well.

Tested in latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer - let me know if it misbehaves in your browser.
