Today is go-live for a significant update to the site, including updates to the navigation bars and details about an upcoming product release.

For some months I’ve been working on nicheSQL Tool, and while it’s not quite ready for public release, it’s close. Close enough that I’m willing to start talking about it publicly.

What is it? NicheSQL Tool is a pretty-printer for SQL - it takes SQL in whatever mangled, distorted condition you find it and lays it so you can see the structure easily. Even better, the layout rules are stored in external configuration files, so you can tweak the tool to mean your own house style.

Other changes to the site include some background information and changes to the way that navigation is handled.

As always, I welcome your feedback.
