Just in time for Christmas, here’s a new release of the Mandelbrot Screensaver.
The headline feature in this release is the ability to select the sequence by which points are calculated for each fractal, giving a user the ability to customize the transitions between fractal frames. Words don’t do justice to this feature, you’ll need to try it out to see.
This is also the first version to accept contributions from happy users who want to support the ongoing development of this screensaver and other tools. See Mandelbrot Screensaver for more.
